Happy Thanksgiving!

Here are some savy shoppers planning a holiday meal for eight people. It was entertaining seeing the students choose items based on a $30.00 budget.

Literature Circles!

We are spending some time reading Where The Mountain Meets The Moon by Grace Lin. The students have been very enthusiastic about this novel and are doing a wonderful job during literature circles! Here are some pictures of the class discussing chapters 1-9 today in class.

Food Drive

Once again the fifth grade is sponsoring JA's annual food drive. We will be collecting food items from the community for the next few weeks, in order to make sure all of our students will have a great holiday. Grade 5 is responsible for bringing in breakfast foods of any kind.
